T.A.P.S. is not owned by anyone.  It is an organization of riders and promoters who cooperatively work together on an advancment system for the state of Texas.  All persons involved are volunteers.  

T.A.P.S. will never implement any type of district/area/state membership ...  No promoter or rider will ever be charged for participating in T.A.P.S.
